The fortress is first mentioned in the XI century but the architecture of the walls and the layout of stones proves that it’s older and it was only renewed in the XI century. Tsveri Saint George's hall church is located on a high rocky cape in the northeast of Tetritskaro.  From this place a beautiful view opens. The construction date of the church is unknown.
