Sameba is a mountain situated on the south east part of Algeti and Bedeni rivers’ watershed Bedeni mountain range and on Gomeri mountain range. At 1205 meters above sea level there is a church on the mountain with the same name – Sameba Church which is surrounded by cyclopean style fence.  During the feudal period this place was called “Gmirtnakveti” (plot of heroes).
