Every year, many infrastructural projects are implemented in the Kvemo Kartli region as central and local budget financing. Construction, modernization, sports grounds, construction and rehabilitation of kindergartens, roofing of residential buildings are especially important priorities. Many projects have already been successful in recent years in the region. The process is still active.

In 2013-2017, 660 km road was constructed, with 89 828 962 GEL.

In 2016-2017 78 sports fields were arranged in Kvemo Kartli region with 3 307 833 GEL.

In the Kvemo Kartli region, 2016-2017 was built, rehabilitated and arranged 81 kindergarten with 8 765 009 GEL.  

In the years 2016-2017 6 903 303 GEL was spent on the construction of the residential buildings in Kvemo Kartli region.
