On July 17, a meeting of the Advisory Council was held in Kvemo Kartli, the state trustee-governor's administration.

Grigol Nemsadze, governor of the region discussed the ongoing and planned infrastructural projects across the region and talked about the existing needs in the field. A working group was created, which included representatives of the provincial and municipalities. The members of the group, under the guidance of Vice-Governor Alexander Metreveli, will discuss the infrastructure projects implemented in Kvemo Kartli and will actively participate in the process of determining priorities.

In the course of the meeting, the discussion touched upon the creation of a homeless animal shelter. Specifically, the plans to be implemented, which envisage monitoring of municipalities at the first stage.
