On August 9th, the Regional Advisory Council, headed by the Governor, Grigol Nemsadze, was held in Kvemo Kartli.

Heads of the region and municipality discussed current and planned infrastructural projects across Kvemo Kartli.

The members of the Council discussed the projects of arrangement of heroes fallen in the battle for the unification of Georgia in the village of Safarlo in Irkutskaya village and in the city of Gardabani in Dmanisi municipality.

Among the issues foreseen by the agenda were the project planned to implement coast protection works in the village Akriyan.
