On August 25, in the Kvemo Kartli state Representative-Governor Grigol Nemsadze discussed the ongoing and planned infrastructural projects in the region together with municipal officials. About 246 infrastructural projects are implemented in Kvemo Kartli region in 2017, with a total amount of 41 488 473 GEL, including 47 infrastructural projects financed from the central budget (from REF.) To the amount of 22 556 150 GEL.

From the local budget, 189 projects were financed in the region - 11 821 219 GEL. Part of these projects have already been completed and the ongoing projects will be completed within the specified timeframes.

Additional 10 projects were financed throughout the region - 6 111 104 GEL.

In almost all municipalities, emergency medical center is being built and 1 000 000 GEL is allocated for work.

It is noteworthy that in the implementation of infrastructural projects, arrangement of roads, water supply and sewage system, kindergartens and sports stadiums in the region is the setting up
