On May 22, the State Representative-Governor in Kvemo Kartli Grigol Nemsadze hosted the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China Zan Yanchi to the Rustavi School of Gift.

The meeting was attended by vice-governor Kakha Koberidze, Rustavi Mayor, Irakli Tabaghua and Deputy Mayor Gocha Loria. The regional governor introduced the potential of the Kvemo Kartli region to the diplomatic corps. Grigol Nemsadze talked about the successful partnership between the two countries and discussed future plans of cooperation.

The heads of the region and municipality together with the guests moved to the # 5 Public School, where successful athletes, held at the table tennis tournament, held a demonstration meeting.
