On June 29, the Governor of Kvemo Kartli Grigol Nemsadze hosted the delegation of the Swiss Foreign Ministry in Rustavi headed by Elisabeth von Kapeller, Head of Eastern Europe and Eurasia Cooperation Department. Among the officials was Lucas Becklinger, Swiss Ambassador in Georgia Olivier Burke, regional director of the Swiss Cooperation Office Barbara Bioni, head of the Department for Inter-State Coalition, Simone Haberli - Deputy Regional Director and Swiss Cooperation Office in Georgia. Within the framework of the visit, the delegation members visited the Center for Cooperation with the partner organization Mercy Corps. In particular, the bio-security point in Rustavi and the personnel acquainted with the job.

It should be noted that the points are intended for both small and small cattle and for the owners of animals. Cattle disinfectant-bathing pools, showers, water reservoirs, warehouse, veterinary and quarantine zone are located in specially arranged territory.
