In Kvemo Kartli, the state Governor Grigol Nemsadze met with the First Deputy Aleksandre Metreveli ongoing projects in Tsalka, Tetritskaro and Gardabani municipalities. Grigol Nemsadze evaluated the process of implementation of the projects implemented in the frames of the working visit in the municipalities and got acquainted with the work done by the person. "By the joint efforts of central and local authorities in 2017 up to 400 infrastructural project of Kvemo Kartli region, 58 000 000 GEL was implemented. Among the most important infrastructure projects, only during the current year, the central and internal roads have not been rehabilitated during the last twenty years. The renovation works have been implemented in about 60 kindergartens, currently in Tsalka, Marneuli, Gardabani and Rustavi municipalities.Over 60 sports facilities have been rehabilitated throughout the region. Construction of new centers for urgent medical assistance is underway. As a result of the withdrawal of water supply, 3 villages of Marneuli municipality have been solved the issue of providing drinking water, which was one of the main problems for the population in decades. The large-scale project is underway in the Gardabani municipality, after completion of which 5 villages will be used by 24 hour water supply "- Grigol Nemsadze said. According to the state attorney-governor in Kvemo Kartli, the number of projects implemented in Kvemo Kartli region is increasing in comparison with previous years. The works will be actively continued in 2018, with regard to the interests of the population.
