An event dedicated to the birthday of Zaza Peradze was held at Rustavi Private School "Milenium" by initiative of the "Junior Sergeant, Zaza Peradze" First Combat Training "Center.

The event was attended by Deputy Governor of Kvemo Kartli, Zaur Dargali, Rustavi Mayor Irakli Tabagua and Chairman of City Council Levan Oniani together with other invited guests. Within the scope of the event, a small concert was held with the participation of schoolchildren.

Finally, the representatives of the government handed memorable gifts to the heroes of the Russian-Georgian war. Zaza Peradze was killed in the 2008 August war in Tskhinvali by a sniper's gun when he was wounded from combat positions.

The hero of August war was married and two children. The family lives in Rustavi. The children are schoolchildren of "Milan".

After the death of Zaza Feradze, Vakhtang Gorgasali was awarded with the Order of Third degree. The deceased military serviceman was transferred to Tskhinvali with the 16 heroes killed in August war, on October 2, 2008 with the efforts of Catholicos Patriarch of Georgia, Ilia II.
