12 In Kvemo Kartli, state governor Grigol Nemsadze attended the evening dedicated to the work of the public poet and public figure of Zelimakhan Iagubi in the Marneuli municipality. Ambassadors of Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan in Georgia, Marneuli Majoritarian MPs and other representatives of the local government were present at the event.

"Today is very important in the process of deepening Georgian-Azerbaijan relations.This aim was to serve the public poet of Azerbaijan and the work of Zelimkhan Jagub, a public figure. The poet was a great patriot of Georgian people and Georgia.The two books published in the Georgian language are based on the limitless love and respect of our country.His creations are exemplary for both Georgian and Azeri population, especially for new generations.I would like to think that the distinguished, diverse and productive way of Zelimkhan Iagubi will continue in the future as well "- Grigol Nemsadze addressed the society gathered at Marneuli Culture Center.
