On November 16, awards ceremony of local public schools teachers and kindergartens was held in Rustavi.

Kakha Koberidze, Deputy Governor of Kvemo Kartli, City Mayor Irakli Tabaghua and President of the Free Trade Union of Teachers and Scientists of Georgia Maia Kobakhidze together with representatives of the local authorities and educational spheres and the initiative of the Free Trade Union of Georgian Teachers and Scientists Were present.

In the frames of the meeting, the heads of the region and municipality thanked the teachers and educators of the Rustavi for their successful professional activities and paid special attention to their successful contribution to the upcoming future generation.

It is noteworthy that the Mayor of the city Irakli Tabaghua personally awarded with the organizers of the event with the diplomas and symbolic gifts of the teachers.

The meeting was held with the support of Rustavi City Hall and the event was hosted by the Rustavi Office of Democratic Involvement Center.
