On April 25, in the region of the state Governor Gregory Nemsadze, the Municipal Mayor George Tatuashvili and of the Health and Social Affairs Committee, First Deputy Chairman of Khundadze, the US Army Corps of Engineers and non-governmental humanitarian organization "ACTS Georgia" representatives N Dmanisi with educational and rehabilitation center opened.

The Youth Medical Education Center will mainly serve patients with diabetes asthma and other non-steroidal diseases. The center will be trained in medical education programs that will focus on delivering needed medical information and developing skills that will help the beneficiaries in the independent management of the disease. "I am glad that with the involvement of international partners and NGOs, we have opened a new educational-rehabilitation center in Dmanisi today, which will serve up to 100 people across the country in a season. Beneficiaries will benefit from qualified personnel on the ground and will be involved in medical procedures, educational and sports activities. We will be able to support all those initiatives and initiatives that will focus on the needs of the population and their improvement, "- said the governor.

It should be noted that the project is funded by the United States Department of Defense within the Humanitarian Aid Program. The project was drafted by US Army Corps Co-Operative Cooperation Agency (CESCO) by the US Department of Defense's Defense Cooperation Department.
