The construction and rehabilitation of the new road has been started in the village of Marabda.Zurab Alavidze, Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure, together with Grigol Nemsadze, governor of the region, got acquainted with the ongoing works in the villages of Tetritskaro municipality.

At this stage, asphalt-concrete cover is laid on the 5 km section of Marabda-Kothish, as well as the drainage channels are made in parallel.This section of the road has not been rehabilitated for a decade, which caused problems for locals.

The works under the project were launched in August of this year and will be completed in April 2018. 1 million GEL is allocated from the state budget for works.
