On August 7, in the Kvemo Kartli state attorney-governor Grigol Nemsadze and Rustavi Mayor David Jikia got acquainted with the development of infrastructure projects financed from the Fund of Projects to be Implemented in the Regions.

Heads of the region and municipality visited the construction works of the new kindergarten # 10 in Tsurtaveli Street. Within the framework of the project, 6 schools will be opened in modern standards and design two-storey building.

Grigol Nemsadze together with the representatives of the regional administration and municipality got acquainted with the road rehabilitation process in Graneli Street and talked to local residents.

The infrastructural works are underway in Gomelauri, on the street and in the inner courtyards, where the capital repair and drainage system is carried out.

Arrangement of drainage system and asphalt pavement rehabilitation is underway near Rustaveli # 15 residential building, as well as at the crossroads of May 9 and Mayakovsky streets.

It is noteworthy that at this stage, infrastructure projects worth more than GEL 14 million are being implemented in Rustavi. The works are financed by 9 million 500 000 GEL from the central budget.
