On February 21, Kvemo Kartli state attorney-governor Grigol Nemsadze and deputy governor Kakha Koberidze attended the premiere at Rustavi Theater together with the city officials.

The new performance - "The Letters of Madness", directed by Soso Nemsadze, is based on the same work by Nikolai Gogol.
