Gagi Fortress

Gagi fortress is near Kushchi village, Marneuli, on Red bridge autoroute. The fortress is first mentioned in the XI century but the architecture of the walls and the layout of stones proves that it’s older and it was only renewed in the XI century. During this time fortress was of commercial and military importance.
