On June 7, Deputy Governor of Kvemo Kartli Kakha Koberidze participated in the award ceremony of regional competition "Calligraphy Pearls".

The Vice-Governor addressed the people gathered in the yard of Sagony in the village of Manglisi, thanked the event participants and wished the authors of the manuscripts success.

At the final stage of the competition, the guests were presented by the students of various age categories, the best of which was the manuscript of Anka Gokadze's representative of Rustavi 22 public school.

It is noteworthy that Calligraphy Competition, Kvemo Kartli Administration of the State Attorney-Governor and Rustavi School "Lazare" have been held for the third time this year and the public and private pupils of the region took part in it.

The aim of the project is to introduce traditional Georgian calligraphy to young people, popularize hand writing, make friends with Kvemo Kartli pupils and present and develop their creative skills.
