Grigol Nemsadze, Governor of Kvemo Kartli and Rustavi Mayor Irakli Tabagua laid a wreath on April 9 memorial in Rustavi on the day of remembrance of the Georgian independence and the memory of those who died for their homeland.
Governor together with local self-government representatives remembered the heroes of the homeland and the thematic exhibition. "Today in Rustavi we wrecked the Memorial of April 9 and once again paid the memory of those killed in the peaceful demonstration. This day is especially important in the recent history of our country, because the self-sacrifice of these people was subsequently determined by Georgia's independence. Our citizenship obligation is to strengthen the values derived from their devotion and to make the country unconditionally dependent on development, democracy and freedom, "said Kvemo Kartli governor.
