Another new enterprise opened in Kvemo Kartli. The new dairy factory - "Teleti Cheese House" Ltd, Deputy Minister of Agriculture Giorgi Chkheidze, State Governor of Kvemo Kartli Grigol Nemsadze and Director of Agriculture Projects Management Agency Mamuka Kvaratskhelia opened a new factory in village Teleti, Gardabani Municipality.
In the frames of "Uniform AgroProject", the enterprise was financed under the "Coal Financing Project for Agricultural Production Processing and Savings New Enterprises".
The volume of investments totaled 366 010 USD, from which state co-financing is $ 146 404.
The company produces a variety of cheese - including several types of cheese, which are used only by local raw materials. Products are on the local market.The company employed 20 people.
The enterprise is designed to meet the requirements of food safety standards.The company plans to implement the International Food Safety System - HACCP with the support of the Agricultural Projects Management Agency.
"Agriculture development is one of the priorities in our region.Today, another new enterprise was opened in Gardabani municipality with the support of the state.The farm is equipped with modern standards and 20 local residents are employed.It is noteworthy that at this stage 20 new and recovered 131 enterprises have been launched in Kvemo Kartli within the framework of the "Uniform Agro Project", "Kvemo Kartli governor Grigol Nemsadze said.
