According to the decision of the Prime Minister of Georgia, Mamuka Bakhtadze, July 16 was a day of mourning regarding the tragedy in the Tkibuli shaft. Regarding the mourning day, the state flag is allowed to all administrative municipalities of Kvemo Kartli region. The administration of the State Attorney-Governor in Kvemo Kartli expresses its condolences over the tragedy and condoles the families of the deceased.
