On November 20, Deputy Governor of Kvemo Kartli Kakha Koberidze met with UGRAD winner Rustaveli students of the US Embassy Competition. The Deputy Governor congratulated students on the success achieved, talked about future plans and awarded them with diplomas and symbolic gifts.
